Key Role & Responsibility:
- Play a crucial role as Sourcer/Recruiter.
- Major focus in to Trainers Profile(Working Professional).Understanding the client’s requirement and purpose the best solution as per their need.
- Responsible for end to end hiring process including commercials,Availibility, creating requirement descriptions, Sourcing profiles through multiple channels (Naukri, Monster, Shine, Linkedin etc..)
- Coordinating with the Trainer and other requirements as per need.
- Achieve no. of profiles.
- Builds pipelines of Trainer(Profiles) for the key business units.
- Experience conducting cold calls and behavior-based interviews.
- Experience using internet-based recruiting methods and tools.
- Able to handle high volume recruiting and simultaneous searches.
- Bright, broad-minded, intellectually curious, demonstrates sound judgment in decision-making and is agile in responding to obstacles and strategic opportunities.
