Key Role & Responsibility:

  • Play a crucial role as Sourcer/Recruiter.
  • Major focus in to Trainers Profile(Working Professional).Understanding the client’s requirement and purpose the best solution as per their need.
  • Responsible for end to end hiring process including commercials,Availibility, creating requirement descriptions, Sourcing profiles through multiple channels (Naukri, Monster, Shine, Linkedin etc..)
  • Coordinating with the Trainer and other requirements as per need.
  • Achieve no. of profiles.
  • Builds pipelines of Trainer(Profiles) for the key business units.
  • Experience conducting cold calls and behavior-based interviews.
  • Experience using internet-based recruiting methods and tools.
  • Able to handle high volume recruiting and simultaneous searches.
  • Bright, broad-minded, intellectually curious, demonstrates sound judgment in decision-making and is agile in responding to obstacles and strategic opportunities.
